Please remember that all lashes are handmade for quality assurance. All sales are final.

In the event that your product is damaged, please email contact@lashesbynoir.com with your concerns and we will do our best to assist you.

If damaged, the  product will be replaced by lashesbynoir.com. All shipments for the replacement products will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order. We will not upgrade shipping service and can only upgrade the shipping service with additional payment from customer.
